Access Your Account Online
- Click the Online Banking link at the top of the page.
- Enter your member number as your username.
- Enter your password.
- Note: If this is the first time you're using this system, your password will be the first four digits of your social security number and the first two letters of your last name (for example, if your name is Ima Member and your social security number is 123-456-7890, your password would be reset to 1234ME). The system will then guide you through how to change it.
Forgot your password?
On the Password Screen, there is an “I forgot my password” option that you can click. This will direct you to answer some of your security questions you answered when you first signed up. If you're unable to remember these answers, give us a call at 269.673.5465.

E-Statements
E-Statements mean that you will receive your monthly statement electronically instead of in the mail. The statement will be delivered directly to your secure online banking, and you’ll get a simple reminder in your email letting you know when it’s ready to view. E-Statements are more secure than paper statements—nobody can steal your mail, you can’t lose or misplace them, and you’ll have easy access to them forever. Plus, you’ll be saving trees!
