As we look forward on how to best provide a safe environment for both our staff and our members in regards to COVID-19, we have decided to once again make the tough decision to close our branch lobbies until at least Monday, 1/11/21.

We're confident that we can still fully serve our membership via multiple channels including online banking, drive-thru (Allegan and Fennville) as well as the following:

ATM

This option is great for deposits or withdrawals.

We have nearly 30,000 participating ATMs around the US that are fee free. Check here for the closest one.

If you have our rewards checking, then you can use any ATM and we'll reimburse you up to $25 in any fees the other institution would have charged you.

If you don't have a debit card, please call / text 269.673.5465 and we can get one prepared quickly at our Allegan branch or mailed to your home.

Planned Pick Up

(Allegan and Fennville branches only)
Know you'll need something from us later in the day and like the convenience of it working on your time? Planned Pick Up was designed for you! Whether you're picking up a deposit or we're picking up a withdrawal, we've got you.

Here's how it works:
- Text your name, request and what time you'll need it to 269.673.5465 (e.g. deposit, withdrawal, new debit card, etc.)

- Text us again when you arrive and tell us your name and what numbered spot you're in and we'll bring it out to you.

- To protect all member accounts, you MUST have your I.D. present for all planned pick up transactions.

Seriously...you can text us during business hours at the same number you call for any inquiry you may have. This is a great communication tool when you're trying to juggle life and banking at the same time.

Gobles Branch Operations

We're going to start checking our night drop every Monday, Wednesday and Friday night for deposits or anything else you need to get to us (signed documents, etc.).

Here's how it'll work:
- Put your deposit, loan documents, etc. into an envelope with your name, phone number and instructions on it, and place it in our night drop (located on the North side of our Gobles branch building).

- Please also note if you'd like a receipt mailed to you. Otherwise you can check the status of deposits in online banking or in our app.

- All items placed in the night drop by 7:00 am on the day of pick up will be recorded that day. Anything dropped off after this time will post the following pick up day.

- The only thing we aren't able to do at this time is give cash back. To withdraw money from your account, here are a few options:
      - Use your debit card to make purchases. If you don't have a debit card and would like one, we can get one created for you in a matter of minutes. If you have our rewards checking, then you can use any ATM and we'll reimburse you up to $25 in any fees the other institution would have charged you.

We truly appreciate your understanding as we try to best navigate this challenging time. Our members and staff are our top priority and we'll make adjustments as we see opportunity.

06/22/20 Update

Update: 6/22/20

We're pumped to say that the last of our branch lobbies are officially open today. Allegan is open for business both in the drive-thru and lobby as of today, along with Fennville and Gobles opening within the past few weeks. There are still minor tweaks to our long standing hours of operations so check out latest hours below.

On March 23, Governor Whitmer put in place a "Stay Home, Stay Safe" order that requires all non-essential businesses to temporarily shut their doors. Rest assured that we are still here to support our members and the communities we serve as we are deemed an essential operation.  Becasue our staff and the communities we serve are our top priority, we will continue to serve you via our drive-thru, phone and e-service channels to keep everyone safe.

Our staff and the communities we serve are our top priority. Due to this and the increased steps the CDC is recommending to slow the spread of COVID-19, we are closing our lobbies this Thursday, March 19th until further notice.

Dear Members,

As we look forward on how to best provide a safe environment for both our staff and our members in regards to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we want to reach out and provide you with some details.

Because this is already the time of year that many sicknesses such as colds, flu, etc. prevail, and to diminish the spread of infection, we urge anyone with any symptoms of illness to please use our drive-thru and self-service options, including:

• Mobile app (Don’t have our app downloaded yet? Find it here: Apple and Android. )
   - check balances
   - transfer money
   - remotely deposit checks
   - apply for a loan
   - pay bills

• ATMwe have nearly 30,000 participating ATMs around the US that are fee free. Check here for the closest one. If you don't have a debit card, please call / text 269.673.5465 and we can get one mailed to your home.

Our branches are currently operating as usual, but we are actively staying informed from our government agencies on the best approach to keep our employees and members safe. As for our branches, rest assured that we are taking all necessary recommended disinfecting precautions to provide a safe environment to our communities we serve.
