Allegan Community Federal Credit Union offers five year balloon fixed rate home equity loans to qualified borrowers. The terms and conditions of the home equity will be consistent with the member’s ability and qualifications to repay the loan. Home Equity loans shall be limited to the charter included in the Allegan Community Federal Credit Union field of membership.
The minimum loan amount is $5000.00 and maximum loan amount is $100,000.00. Home equity loans can have a loan to value ratio up to 75% of the property value less the First mortgage balance and any other encumbrances.
